All applications need to be supported by a licensing plan. This needs to be quite detailed; it has to show the licensable area, all fire exits and extinguishers. It will need to show the location of any CCTV cameras and be produced to a scale of 1:100. if you have a floor plan fine, Dave can adapt to your requirements. If there is no plan we can possibly produce what is required with cooperation from the client. Generally this can be completed with no extra charge, but if it is quite detailed there may be a nominal charge of £50.00, if a site visit is needed then there may be some expenses incurred, this would be discussed with the client dependent of location.

Part of this process is any applicant must advertise the application both at the premises location, these are known as Blue Notices and also in a local newspaper in the form of a public notice. Dave will deal with all these requirements, producing the Blue Notices and advising of their location and the time period to be displayed. Dave will liaise with the local newspapers to produce the public notice within the specified timeframe. There is no standard cost for this notice as they vary greatly across the country, Dave will advise on this, and provide a cost for the notice with 2-3 days of the initial enquiry.

Postage: This is required to ensure the Blue Notices are with the client within the timeframe for them to be displayed; this is always the day after the application is placed. This would be a guaranteed next day service at a cost of £10.00.

Client Representation: If for whatever reason the application is unsuccessful there may need to be a Hearing to reach the required outcome. If the client needs Dave to represent them at the Hearing there would be some expenses. These would be discussed when and if they are needed.
