Running a business alone takes a lot of time and energy and attempting to sort out an alcoholic license myself in addition to my (ever increasing) work load would have been near impossible. There are so many parts to sort out and contacts to be made as well as potential problems to be fixed etc so for Dave to have sorted the license out with no problems along the way was fantastic and stress free.
